Great sushi, sashimi and rolls, the fish and seafood is of excellent quality. Plenty of sake choices, I had the Kaisen Chirachi which came well dressed in this beautiful box and it was all very tasty. Both my wife and I enjoyed it all. The atmosphere was very pleasant and they even have small private booths.
This little place is an absolute jem. Of course great and fresh sushi. But the service is second to none. Li Cheng, who goes by Eric, was one of the best servers I ever had in my life. He is like a lightning bolt; he is nonstop gliding across the dining room. He saw in advance everything we wanted. Unbelievable experience! We will be back. And I suggest you try this place out.
Went to Nyack on a nice Saturday night around 7 pm, sat outside and enjoyed some awesome iced tea (sweetened with a hint of tart spices) and had a Spicy Girl roll... The waiter was very pleasant and service was quick. The roll was really good too. Great experience overall. Thank you!!
Nyack has a lot of great restaurants but if you’re looking for sushi, look no further! The rolls were fantastic and they had a great selection of fish and hot foods as well. We got the pink lady, spicy girl and black dragon rolls and all of them were delicious. I’m looking forward to trying some hot foods next time I’m there! I highly recommend this place if you’re in Nyack and looking for a great Japanese restaurant.
It was the best Japanese food I've ever had! Everything was so fresh, and they even had tons of vegetarian options—which can be hard to find at a sushi spot. I am vegetarian but my husband who had sushi and Duck bun was also very impressed with the food.
Great family option for Japanese food lovers
Cozy sushi spot that has both indoor and outdoor seating! I was there for the lunch special. I ordered the yellowtail jalepeneo and salmon avocado roll with a miso soup. The rolls were generous with the fish the 2 roll special was definitely enough for me! The miso was less salty than other miso soups I've had.
After months of waiting (thanks COVID), we finally had a chance to dine here a couple of days ago. My husband and I sat outside on a beautiful day and enjoyed not only fantastic sushi/sashimi, but great service too! Cindy (sp?) was a delight. Attentive, quick, and pleasant. I ordered the Kaisen Chirashi which was delicious , and beautifully presented! Oh, and they finally have their liquor license! Will definitely be back.
